User Profiles customize the Thrive Marketplace experience and are based on the user's seniority as an employee. By assigning a profile, users only see services relevant to their professional level. For example, an Executive user will only be matched with an Executive coach.
Thrive User Profiles:
Standard User: Individual Contributor/ Entry Level Manager
Senior Professional User: Long Tenured Individual Contributor (10+ years) or Director
Executive User: VP+
There is a price difference for a more senior coach, and Thrive Program deposits generally account for this. We recommend a $1,500 minimum deposit for a Senior Professional level user and above. This deposit ensures a better Thrive Program experience.
