ATTENTION: Please ensure you have had all relevant notification conversations with the affected employees prior to sending the invitations.


1. Select Users from the side navigation menu on the left.

2. Click the Import Users button located on the right hand side of the page.

3. The following pop-up will appear.




4. Click the button to Download the XLSX Template.



5. After filling out all the fields in the spreadsheet, head back to the client portal and upload the saved spreadsheet. (It needs to be in an excel file format.) Click Import Users to confirm. You will see a confirmation page showing all of your imported users.



 

Please note for the following fields in the Spreadsheet:


Language: The language is not case-sensitive. For example, to choose English you can write English or english.

User Invite Date: If left blank, the user will not be sent an invite, their status will be Unactivated in the user list. You can trigger an invite by selecting the Send Invite option from the Users tab. The time is in your local time. If the same date is selected as the current day, then the invite will be sent within 15 minutes of importing the users.

User Profile: This applies to the seniority of the employee. Please write Standard User, Senior Professional User or Executive User. If left blank, the default Standard User Profile will be applied. You can read more about User Profiles here.
